Uganda Healing Campaign 2024
In July 2024, our team traveled to Kampala, Uganda for what would become one of the most powerful missions in our ministry’s history. Over two weeks, we witnessed God move in extraordinary ways, bringing healing, salvation, and hope to thousands.
The Vision
The invitation came from Pastor Emmanuel Okello, who leads a network of churches across the Kampala region. He had heard testimonies from our UK meetings and felt God calling us to bring the same message of healing to Uganda.
“There is such hunger here for the supernatural power of God,” Pastor Emmanuel told us. “People are desperate for hope, and they’re ready to believe.”
Week One: Building Faith
The first week focused on teaching and building faith for healing. We held daytime seminars for local pastors and church leaders, equipping them to continue the ministry long after we left.
Evening services drew growing crowds each night. Word spread quickly through the community about what was happening, and by the fourth night, the venue was overflowing.

- Sustaining your healing
Week Two: Miracles Break Out
The second week saw an explosion of miracles. The testimonies came faster than we could document them:
- A woman deaf from birth heard for the first time
- Multiple people with mobility issues walked unaided
- Chronic pain conditions disappeared instantly
- Long-term illnesses resolved
Notable Healings:
Sarah Nakamura - After 5 years of chronic pain and inability to walk without assistance, Sarah was completely healed and ran across the platform praising God. Her healing testimony drew many others to come forward for prayer.
Joseph Kigundu - A young man who had been blind in one eye since a childhood accident received complete restoration of vision. His healing was documented by local medical professionals.
Grace Namukasa - Healed of a heart condition that had required constant medication. Subsequent medical tests showed her heart functioning normally.
The Salvations
Perhaps even more significant than the healings were the salvations. As people witnessed God’s power, hearts opened to the Gospel. Over the two weeks, 247 people gave their lives to Christ—many from Muslim backgrounds who had never considered following Jesus.
Pastor Emmanuel reported that local churches saw a 30% increase in attendance in the weeks following the campaign, with many new believers joining discipleship classes.
Training Local Ministers
A key goal of the mission was equipping local believers to continue the healing ministry. We held training sessions for over 50 local pastors and ministry leaders, teaching them how to pray for the sick with faith and authority.
“The teachings on healing have completely transformed how we approach ministry,” one pastor shared. “We’re seeing healings in our own services now—this didn’t happen before.”
Lasting Impact
The Uganda mission wasn’t just a two-week event—it planted seeds that continue to bear fruit. Six months later:
- Three new churches have been planted in areas reached during the campaign
- A monthly healing service has been established in Kampala
- Local pastors report ongoing healings in their congregations
- Over 80% of those who made decisions for Christ remain active in churches
Looking Ahead
The success of this mission has opened doors for future trips to Uganda and surrounding nations. Pastor Emmanuel has already invited us back, and requests have come from Kenya and Tanzania as well.
We believe this is just the beginning of what God wants to do across East Africa.
